PaceNotes Terms

Version 2026-10-08

These terms are an agreement between you and Rising Creek Construction LLC, Springtown, Texas ("we", "us"), which runs PaceNotes. By signing in or using PaceNotes you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

PaceNotes listens to conversations you choose, shows or speaks short tips, and writes notes afterwards. Its tips and notes come from AI models and can be wrong. Check anything that affects money, contracts, safety or legal duties before you rely on it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you use PaceNotes for a company, you confirm you can agree for that company.

Acceptable use

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your data

You own your transcripts and notes. You let us store and process them to run PaceNotes for you. Unless you turn it off in Settings, you also let us read and grade your calls and meetings to improve PaceNotes. In the Chrome extension you give us this only by turning it on in Options. The Privacy Policy describes both. You can delete or export them at any time.

Changes and availability

We improve PaceNotes often and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell active members before it takes effect.

Ending your account

You can stop using PaceNotes and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, and we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Disclaimers

PaceNotes is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
